The Agency for Regional Development and Business Center - Vidin (ARDBC) is a non-profit organization created to support the development of private business in Vidin region. The Agency is registered as a separate legal entity in September 1997 under the Act for individuals and families. It is the successor of the Bulgarian-American Business Center, established in 1993 on a joint project of Vidin Municipality and the Peace Corps of the United States.
The founders of the Agency are the Municipality of Vidin, Municipality of Belogradchik, Municipality of Novo Selo, Municipality of Bregovo, Vidin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, UBB - Vidin Branch, Labor Office - Vidin and Duty Free Zone and a representatives of private business
