Scheme of finance leases / SFL / is part of the project "Job Opportunities through Business Support" (JOBS), financed by the Bulgarian government through the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (MLSP) and supported by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Leasing scheme is a financial mechanism to support start-ups, micro and small enterprises and agricultural producers, that would not otherwise have access to credit. Leasing scheme is managed locally by the Agency Regional Development and Business Center - Vidin /ARDBC/.

Agency for Regional Development and Business Center - Vidin manages funds allocated in accordance with the practical procedures for financial leasing scheme.

Funds allocated to financial leasing scheme are spent on the purchase of tangible fixed assets (machinery, equipment, vehicles, agricultural machinery and equipment, etc.), that are leased to local businesses and individuals. Financial leasing scheme supports economic development in the region, facilitating the creation of new jobs and maintain the already created jobs.
